Destination

What do you do when God tells you that He is your destination?  That is what He told me in prayer just now.  WOW, thank you Lord, thank you Jesus, thank you Holy Spirit, thank you.

We had a webinar this morning for the Well Woman Mentoring Academy Dream to Destination course I am taking.  One of the things we are being asked to do is seek God in prayer and meditate about our vision, our dream, our purpose.    As I was praying to stay on course with my flight plan, not deviating from my destination, God told me, "I AM YOUR DESTINATION".  Wow, God really?

In these past couple years in my walk with God, I have been learning that I do not belong to me, I do not belong to this world.  I belong to God.  So this makes perfect sense that He would tell me that He is my Destination.

Do you believe that God created you on purpose for a purpose?  Do you have a dream or a vision for your life?  There is no destination without a dream or a vision.   Every person God has created He created with the intent of the individual, not only having a dream or a purpose, but living out that dream and purpose.

No matter where you are today, you can stop your mediocrity and start heading for your destiny.  Even the world at one time was without form, a void.  God SPOKE and the world took shape.  He decided to create the world, He decided to create made to take dominion over the world.

Are you taking dominion over your world?  Are you making an impact on your world in a positive way?  Are you living to not be forgotten?  Are you blessing the world with your God-given gifts and dreams.  Are you leaving a legacy?    Or are you sleepwalking through this life, just existing?

Today I am to write down my vision.

Habakkuk 2:2-3 “Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it.  For the vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

I am encouraging you, no matter your age, no matter your background, no matter your current circumstances, to seek God and ask Him to show you your vision and your dream.  Ask Him for the destination that He desires for your life.  It is not to late too late to get out of the rat race and into the God race.

Was it Elisha that took up the mantle of God at 80?  Eighty???  Sarah had her promised child at 90?  Can you imagine starting a family at 90???  Wow, whatever your age, you are not too old.  I am 47 years old and I am starting my dream.   I am not too old and neither are you!

Start working toward your destination, before you know it you will be where God has destined you to be.

Until next time, God Bless!
