Quick Thought

A friend and I were just chatting about the blog and she mentioned how it was faith based.   I replied, yes it has to be faith based because if it is to rely on Joela it will just sit here.  I have priors you know, Joela on her own just survived as expected.  Joela with God can do and be the extraordinary.

In the Bible, Ruth could have settled for the "Expected" and gone back to her people in Moab. However she did the "Exceptional" and went with Naomi. No one would have thought anything wrong with her going back to her people but she told Naomi, your people will be my people, your GOD will be my God. God used this Gentile from a cursed land that used to worship idol called chimash, the dung hill deity and He used her for the "Extraordinary". She was in the lineage of His Son Jesus.

Just imagine if she didn't step up and out of her comfort zone what her life would have been like? We wouldn't know her. Don't live and be forgotten. 

My pastor has changed my thinking about settling for just being a 9 to 5er and not impacting my world. I am signing up for her mentoring academy and I am encouraging you to check it out and sign up as well. We were ALL created on purpose for a purpose. We deserve for our dreams to become our destiny.  

It is an online course given by my Pastor Ruth that starts in 3 weeks.  It is called the Well Woman Mentoring Academy.
